It is designed for use with 5/8 x 8 in quadrack (Q) adhesive sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 5.5 pounds of adhesive per hour. 3M™ hot melt applicator AE II dispenses hot melt adhesive at a fixed temperature of 270 deg F/132 deg C. It is designed for use with 1/2 x 12 in adhesive sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 4 pounds of adhesive per hour. 3M™ hot melt applicator LT dispenses low temperature hot melt adhesive at a fixed temperature of 265 deg F/129 deg C. It is designed for use with lowmelt 5/8 x 2 in adhesive sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 3.5 pounds of adhesive per hour. 3M™ hot melt applicator PG II LT with magazine feed is a low temperature, high volume applicator that operates at a fixed temperature of 265 deg F/129 deg C. It is designed for use with 1 x 3 in adhesive sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 6 pounds of adhesive per hour. Applicator includes magazine feed, stand and 2 brass extension tips. Converter and palm trigger is a lightweight, easy to control applicator that operates at a fixed temperature of 385 deg F/196 deg C. It is designed for use with 5/8 x 8 in Q lowmelt adhesive sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 3.5 pounds of adhesive per hour. Cartridge feed is a high volume dispenser that operates at a fixed temperature of 385 deg F/196 deg C. It is designed for use with 1 x 3 in adhesive sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 7.5 pounds of adhesive per hour. Applicator available with cartridge or magazine feed. 3M™ hot melt applicator TC dispenses hot melt adhesive at a fixed temperature of 385 deg F/196 deg C. This lightweight applicator is designed for use with 5/8 x 2 in TC adhesive sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 3.5 pounds of adhesive per hour.
