These 3M™ Perfect-It™ Wool Compounding Pads feature premium wool - a natural, sustainable, fast-cutting yet refined - for remarkably smooth compounding in very little time. Great for smoothing heavily oxidized surfaces, these pads are designed to work with rubbing compound to eliminate small scratches and other defects before polishing. The single-sided compounding pad features 3M™ Hookit™ hook-and-loop attachment - it instantly grips the Hookit™ back-up pad on rotary polishers. The pad removes just as easily, making it almost effortless to change and reuse the pads. These 100% wool buffing pads are safe for all gelcoats and paints, ideal for cars, boats and personal watercraft, trucks and recreational vehicles. 3M™ Hookit™ pads are recommended for use with 3M™ Hookit™ Back-up Pad (05717) or 3M™ Perfect-It™ Back-up Pad (05718).
