3M™ Finesse-it™ Marine Paste Compound removes heavy oxidation, scratches, marks and oxidation from gelcoat and painted surfaces, excellent for refinishing boats and personal watercraft. This paste compound is especially suitable for overhead or vertical surfaces where a liquid compound can drop, run or easily sling from a rotary buffer. It can also be applied by hand for compounding smaller areas. This heavy-cut compound stays wet for a long time, so you can cover more surface without having to reapply it. It works on all types of automotive paint and gelcoat, suitable for watercraft, cars, trucks, RVs and more. Use 3M™ Finesse-it™ Marine Paste Compound with 3M™ Finesse-it™ II Machine Polish 05928, 3M™ Finesse-it™ II Marine Glaze (05929) and 3M™ Perfect-It™ Foam (05706) or Wool (05719) Compounding Pads.
