The 1/4 in (6 mm) external threads fit Roloc™+ disc pads with 1/4-20 internal threads. In two diameter - 1/4 in or 6 mm - our 3M™ Roloc™+ shank enables you to secure a Roloc™+ backup pad to a die grinder or disc sander, adding versatility to tools you may already own. The short, 2 in (51 mm) shaft of the 3M™ Roloc™+ shank keeps the abrasive closer to the tool, resulting in less vibration and more precise operator control. Our Roloc™+ Quick-Change discs are smaller discs that have a plastic threaded button or screw designed to attach to a Roloc™+ disc pad. Operators can conveniently change discs with a simple twist-off, twist on motion. The Roloc™+ system provides a secure attachment even for heavy duty applications and the variety of available 3M™ Roloc™+ discs allows swapping from one application to the next in seconds.
